2. Booking and Payment

• Services may be scheduled via our online form or by phone.

• Estimates are provided based on information you provide and may change based on actual property conditions.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• 10% nonrefundable deposit is due upon booking.

• Booking must be rescheduled more than 48hours ahead of scheduled service to retain deposit for rescheduled service

• Services may be rescheduled for geographical efficiencies of the crews.

3. Service Terms

• Homeowner must ensure access to water and property areas to be cleaned.

• Aggie Vet Wash is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues (e.g., cracks, loose paint, deteriorated surfaces).

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations and reschedules will result in the loss of the deposit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, images) is the property of Aggie Vet Wash and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aggie Vet Wash is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or website.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
